Overview
Pittenweem Arts Festival is seeking proposals from experienced, sustainable, and creative food & drink operators to deliver high-quality catering in one of the Festival’s busiest and most atmospheric areas – the Harbour.
The Harbour is a central festival hub. We are inviting proposals that offer memorable and varied food and drink experiences that enhance atmosphere and increase dwell time.
This is a one-year contract (with option to extend) for a single operator or lead contractor managing multiple vendors. You’ll be at the heart of the action, helping shape the visitor experience through high-quality catering.
What We’re Looking For:
- Covered seating area with views of the Harbour
- Full setup, staffing, and hygiene compliance
- Self-sufficient utilities — there is no access to mains services
- Strong commitment to waste reduction, recycling, and site cleanliness
- Responsible alcohol service, including securing appropriate licences
- Full compliance with all Fife Council health, safety, and licensing requirements
