Liz's works in painting and printmaking are rooted in the dynamic experience of working outside on location in all weather conditions. 

Capturing the atmosphere of place, from rugged shorelines to icy mountains and the wildlife that makes its home in these environments, she has received recognition as a multi-award winning artist.

'Winter flight V'. Oil and ink on paper, made during the depths of winter from location on Rannoch Moor and in the Cairngorms.

'Drifting' Black throated divers haunt the sea lochs of the north west, drawings made on location directly from life are developed into collagraph and etching.

'Westward on a Falling Tide'. Location work in mixed media made on the the Isle of Mull.
