Semi finalist, Landscape Artist of the Year (SkyArts). I am a Scottish artist living in Glasgow, my chosen medium is oil on canvas. 

I am predominantly a realist painter creating images of my surroundings and environment. I particularly like strong colour and light in my work and always aim for a sense of place. 

I like to travel and always find myself looking for varying degrees of atmospheric conditions within the environment. I worked and studied art in Toronto for a few years but was drawn back to my hometown, where I graduated from Glasgow School of Art.
